FAQ

• All deposits are non-refundable and non- transferable, and no puppy is considered “reserved” without a deposit. 
• Prices of available puppies are subject to change without a deposit.

• Unfortunately, we no longer allow home visits due to possible safety concerns.  Our newborn, unvaccinated puppies can be exposed to diseases, and moms can become stressed. In addition, we don’t feel comfortable having strangers in our home. Some people don’t have good intentions.
• We now meet everyone at the Pooler Police Department  in Pooler Georgia (100 US Hwy 80 SW, Pooler GA 31322)

Sorry, we do not.

• Your puppy can be flown via “flight nanny”( If I currently have one available) for an additional fee (generally it’s between $675-$1000) ****No dogs/ puppies will be shipped via ground transport ( This generally takes days and is too stressful on the dog/puppy)****NO EXCEPTIONS
• We can meet you at our airport (Savannah Hilton Head International Airport –SAV) if you should choose to fly in to pick up your puppy.

The buyer will be charged a $25-a-day boarding fee if they don’t pick up their puppy by the agreed upon date.

Occasionally we sell puppies with full AKC breeding rights for an additional fee. Puppies sold as pet only do not come with AKC registration.

All puppies come up to date on their vaccinations/dewormings, vet. checked, microchipped, and health guarantee.

• An Iris or toddler play yard to keep the puppy in at night or while not being supervised.  One large enough to be able to fit a puppy bed on one end along with food, water, and toys and to have a potty pad on the other end of the pen.
• Nuti-Cal  (please see Hypoglycemia form),
• Dog bed
• Shallow dishes for food and water.
• Bag of dry puppy kibble (Royal Canin Mini Puppy is what your puppy is currently eating). Your puppy is also eating Stella and Chewy’s freeze-dried chicken Meal Mixers along with Fresh Pet crumbled on top.
• puppy toys
• either washable or disposable potty pads.
• Snuggle Pet with a heartbeat to help the puppy feel secure (optional, but recommended)
• Snuggle Warmer heating disk. You heat it in the microwave and it will stay warm for around 8 hours or more so the puppy doesn’t get chilled (optional, but recommended)
• small slicker brush (cat size works well)
• puppy or baby shampoo
• Also, a harness and leash. A harness is recommended rather than a collar because toy-breed puppies and dogs have delicate trachea.

4. Payments are cash or Zelle for DEPOSITS, and cash only at pick up for the remaining balance. No other forms of payment will be accepted. 
5.  **If the puppy is being flown via hired “flight nanny” Zelle will be used for final payment. (Final payment must be made via Zelle 7 days prior to puppy flying with flight nanny)**
6. Puppy prices start at $2500 and are priced according to size, gender, quality, and whether or not the puppy is being sold as a pet or with AKC breeding rights.
