Name of Buyer (first)

Clause 1Buyer understands and accepts that deposits are non-refundable (unless something goes wrong with puppy/dog prior to leaving breeder's premises.)

Clause 2Buyer understands and accepts that a deposit is non-transferable to another puppy/litter.

Clause 3Buyer understands that cash 💵 only will be accepted at time of pick up and no cash apps or other forms of payment will be accepted. Exception: If purchasing from Good Dog, then final payment must be made through Good Dog app.

Clause 4Breeder has the right to cancel any sale, at any time. If this should happen your deposit will be refunded to you.

Clause 5Buyer must pick-up puppy by an agreed upon date. If not picked up by this date, a $25 per day boarding fee will be charged and paid in advance.

Clause 6Puppy or Dog must be picked up in person or flown via flight nanny (If breeder has one available for an additional fee)

Clause 7Puppies or Dogs will not be released via ground transportation service- No Exceptions.

Clause 8Buyer understands that only puppies sold for breeding/ show will come with AKC application. Puppies purchased as pets do not come with registration papers. ***Any adult dog over 1 year of age comes "AS IS"
